Airtel Payments Bank Launched Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS)

Airtel Payments Bank has  announced that it has launched the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS) which will help people to do transactions at over 2,50,000 of its banking points across India.

This system will enable customers, having Aadhaar linked accounts of any bank, to do transactions at the designated points of the Airtel Payments Bank.

The Reserve Bank of India has notified banks to link all new medium enterprise loans to the external benchmark.

It has now been decided that all new floating rate loans to the Medium Enterprises extended by banks from 1st April 2020, shall be linked to the external benchmarks.

Banking system credit grew by 6.3% to ₹99.68 lakh Crores as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI)’s statement.

Axis Bank has said that the board has appointed  Puneet Sharma as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His appointment will be effective from March 6, the bank said in a regulatory filing.
