Security software leader, IBM India is engaging with all three telcom companies in India for its security-related products through its major IT outsourcing deals and through separate arrangements. IBM is managing Vodafone Idea’s complete Internal Security Operations Centre, under the recently inked IT outsourcing deal.
Under its cybersecurity business, IBM is focusing on services such as threat management and fraud management, IoT security monitoring, managed security services and secure authentication and trusted digital identity.
